We provide service for residential and commercial customers. We service all of South Central Kansas
Furniture Repair by Fry's is family-owned and operated in Newton, KS. Since opening in 2005, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch.
While many shops can strip and refinish furniture if you bring it to them and pick it up at some date uncertain there existed few choices in this area for truly CUSTOMER service. Using state of the art products and systems we can provide a true service to our clients by doing many repairs on-site and providing pick up and delivery of items that do have to be removed from location.
We have fully equipped on site evaluation and repair vehicles. We also have business relationships with several local moving companies if the need arises for a really large scale move. In addition to the on-site capabilities we operate a fully equipped 5,800 sq. ft. refinishing and repair shop in Newton.
Our services include not only wood furniture but cabinetry, trim, marble, laminates, granite and cabinet refacing. We provide traditional wood finishing along with custom painting, antiquing, glazing and other special finishing techniques. Do you have a valuable antique, we can provide complete restoration services on it also. We can also provide cabinet re-facing with either standard off the shelf type products or high end custom materials.
We service both: the Residential and Commercial customer whether on an individual basis or through a third party such as insurance claims, moving claims or sub-contracting. We work with interior designers, builders, remodeling contractors, restaurants, hotel/motels and law firms. Our customer list includes some of the most recognized individuals and companies in Central Kansas.
